ESTABLISHING YOUR OWN COGNITIVE HEALTH BASELINE
Brain health matters at every stage of adulthood. Establishing a cognitive baseline may be especially meaningful for those with a family history of Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia.
Younger and middle-aged adults, as well as older adults, can discuss whether this screening is appropriate for them.
Seminar attendees will be invited to participate in a free follow-up Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA).
