CareLine Confidential Phone Counseling & Referral Service |
Alderman Oaks Residents (and immediate family members) can call a toll free number
day or night, including weekends and holidays.
A master's or doctoral level psychologist, social worker, or counselor will always be
available to answer the call.
The CareLine call is free, private, and confidential. When a resident calls, the Careline
Counselor will ask how they can help. The CareLine Counselor understands that the
resident may simply need to talk to someone to sort things out. But, if there is a need
for more help, the CareLine Counselor can refer the resident for further assistance.
Alderman Oaks Participants can call CareLine for help with:
- Family Problems
- Parenting Issues
- Grief/Bereavement
- Stress/Anxiety
- Depression
- Marriage or Relationship Problems
- Alcohol, Drug, or Other Addictions
- Needs for Eldercare or Childcare
- Personal Problems
- Financial Issues/Credit Counseling
- Legal Referrals
