Veteran Benefits Seminar



Alderman Oaks recently hosted a "Making Sense of Veteran Benefits" Seminar.

During the program, Terry Acton, USAF Retired. shared how Sarasota County
Veteran Services provides assistance to veterans and their families with filing
claims for veterans benefits.  Seminar topics included --  Compensation for
Service Related Disabilities, Medical Benefits, Survivor Benefits,  Pension
for Wartime Veterans with Non-Service Related Disabilities, and Death Benefits.
